Olivia has a history of organizing communities in Watsonville Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and Ventura County. As an organizer, she has worked with United Farm Workers (UFW) and Parent Revolution.

Olivia graduated as a Professional in Productivity Technician in Mexicali and her work has focused on organizing farm workers, parents, and women.

Olivia joined CAUSE because she believes in social justice, appreciates the team’s diversity, and because CAUSE represents and organizes communities that span different languages, cultures, and histories.
